The author investigated the importance of ethno cultural component in activities humanitarian specialists; it is emphasized that a multi-ethnic society, an specialists’ essential condition for their training. In context international cooperation, this contributes to establishment productive forms interaction, and business relations ensure effective partnership with foreign colleagues, etc. professional activity people other nationalities helps understand needs representatives different develop ability interact them. formation enables field specialists people's behavior or activities, which are determined by traditional culture ethnic group, have particular discrimination against even danger. specialist’s work as teacher lecturer will provide them influence on negative displays youth opportunity prevent these phenomena. Therefore, defined crucial its effectiveness quality. study convinces ethno-cultural integration into Ukrainian related implementation direction require knowledge peculiarities many peoples background deep understanding culture.
